Thank you for attending the Navy's 27th bay Bridge Run/Walk 2013!

Thank you for supporting our Sailors! See you next May!

CHIP TIMING RESULTS

We apologize for the delay in posting the chip timing results. We understand how hard everyone trained and we know you want your accurate race time!

The issue occurred with a malfunction in the Chrono Track Chip Timing system. The Chip Timing computer file is currently there, the vendor is just having trouble extracting the data. Since the race, technicians have been diligently working on solving this issue.

Please do not worry; all division winners will receive their awards. If there are any discrepancies with division winners, we will make sure all parties receive an award.

Also, you may have looked at the current posted list of gun times and did not see your name. The reason not all names are listed is because these names came from the back-up system. This back-up system worked as follows: when runners crossed the finish line; a portion of the race bib was pulled off and your time was recorded. This system was used for the first 30 minutes of the race. We are hoping that once the file is extracted, all names will be posted with correct chip times. We will post a link to the chip times as soon as they are available.

Once again we apologize for this delay. The Navy strives to put on the best run in San Diego and we know how frustrating this must be. We thank you for your participation and for supporting our Sailors!

Get Inspired!

Chris is a Marine Corps veteran and local hero from the Balboa Warrior Athlete Program. While deployed, he stepped on a bomb and had severe injuries to his legs. Although doctors were able to save them temporarily, he eventually realized he would have to have one of his legs amputated. Hear him describe how he was inspired by others who had successfully adapted to similar challenges and how Bridge Run positively impacted his life in this video.
