30-minute functional fitness, high intensity work-out
0530-0600 in the Aerobic Room

Power Flex
60-minute full body strength class set to music

30-minute Yoga/Pilates-infused class (core/strength/flexibility)

Express Cycling
30-minute interval cycling class


Group Strength
60-minute circuit class (strength/plyometric/cardio)

60-minute Latin dance/exercise class

China Lake Annual “Polar Plunge” Challenge

All eligible MWR patrons, 14 years old and up
A/D free, All others $10 (all participants will receive a t-shirt)

Brave the desert cold in this outdoor challenge. Run the gauntlet of the water spray and through fitness challenges, culminating in the Boot Camp Obstacle Course and Dunk Tank. Warm refreshments and towels provided. All participants receive a Polar Plunge long sleeve t-shirt and the challenger with the best time gets the Ice Trophy.

NOFFS Is the Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling Series created by the NAVY to help Sailors with Mission Readiness no matter where they are stationed or deployed.
