The Athletic Department offers a comprehensive year-round Captain’s Cup program, which includes intramural and open league competitions for individual and team sports for men and women. Events such as softball, football, golf, cross-country, tennis and bowling are just a few of the sporting events proposed. Get ready for the summer with a weight loss challenge! Individuals, groups or Commands of 2-5, compete with your group or yourself to exercise pounds off and look great this summer. All participants will be assessed by MicroFit at the beginning. Exercise programs ideas will be offered by the MWR Fitness Professionals. Individuals will be weighed every week and at the end to discover which team and individuals lost the largest percent of their original weight.
