  • Olympic Lifting Seminar

    Tuesday, February 7 • 4-6 pm FREE • Fitness & Sports Center Learn the basics and receive hands-on training on the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Instructor is Brittany Hogeman an active Olympic Lifting competitor, regionals level athlete, and functional fitness coach. This seminar is free to all eligible patrons. Space is limited.   • Sweat Your Heart Out

    Tuesday, February 14 • 5:30-6:30 pm • FREE 8 Fitness & Sports Center
    Come “Sweat Your Heart Out” at this Valentine’s Day group exercise class. Bring a loved one, a friend, or just yourself and enjoy a heart racing, partner-style workout. Open to all eligible patrons.
