The Child Development Home Program is designed for the Active Duty single, dual, and working spouse. This program provides in-home care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. This program offers home based child care on a full-time basis. Child Development Home Care Providers are qualified professionals operating independent programs in military housing.
- Offers Subsidy Direct Cash Payment (sliding scale fees)
- Providers are Navy Certified, First Aid and CPR trained
- All providers must pass a complete background check
- Daily schedules with planned activities
- Only USDA approved snacks and meals are served
To enroll your child in the CDH Program, please call the office for more information at 562-626-7575. You will need to supply the following items when applying for the subsidy program:
- CEWL Number (Central enrollment waiting list)
- Your most current LES / wage and earning statement
- Family care plan is required for single and dual military
