Fitness, Gym and Aquatics Facility Membership Fees

Facility use and most fitness classes are FREE to all active duty, reservists, retirees, dependents and DoD civilians. Civilian contractors and guests (where authorized) are required to pay a small fee for use of facilities and classes.

Class Descriptions

Cross Training: Put your body to the test with this high intensity interval training class! You will learn new skills to take your fitness to the next level. All levels welcome*

Functional Fitness: This exercise class will challenge you to the “core” by improving activities of daily living. It incorporates all of the major muscle groups as well as the muscles you never knew you had! All levels welcome*

Step it up: Weights and other various resistance will be used to increase heart rate and get your metabolism fired up! All levels are welcome*

Power Flow: This class focuses on body alignment, emphasizing muscular strength and flexibility by linking breath to movement. (Meet at outdoor TRX A-Frame) All levels welcome*

Outdoor Fitness: Test your mental and physical strength in this outdoor fitness class (meet at outdoor TRX A-Frame)! Train with TRX Suspension Straps, battle ropes, medicine balls and MORE! All levels welcome*
