The CoffeeNet & SurfNet are the home of the NBVC MWR Liberty program. Designed for single active duty military personnel 18 & over. All Liberty centers are alcohol & tobacco free facilities. They are great places to relax, hang out with friends, & meet new people. We offer WiFi, computer access, billiards, ping-pong, air hockey, video games, movies, & so much more. Every month special events and trips are planned to enrich the lives of our young military personnel.
