New this year at Freedom Fest! Experience the ultimate VIP treatment by receiving early base access, scrumptious meals,   exclusive cocktails for purchase, games, access to indoor restrooms, premium firework viewing area and more! 
 
$100 adults/$50 child early bird pricing
$125 adults/$60 Child as of 1 June
$150 Adults/$75 Child Day of Event
 
On Base Parking
$50 per vehicle up until 6/28 or sold out 
Parking can only be purchased with the VIP experience

Bring your own BBQ grill and enjoy the day with your family and friends in the comfort of your own designated area.

Arrival time: 11am. Must be checked in and parked by 2pm. Departure time: 9:30pm. Three different sizes available: Standard: $80 | Premium: $100 | Elite: $125
​Spaces are limited and registration is first come, first serve.

Open to authorized base patrons and their guests.
Access is limited to pedestrians only.
Parking will be available at NTC Branch Clinic and public parking lots in the area.
Shade structures must be weighted. Pets, glass containers, bicycles, scooters, and fireworks (including sparklers) are not permitted.

 

Volunteer!

We are looking for enthusiastic people to assist us with setup, day of event activities and break down of the largest event of the summer! Available volunteer shifts: Thursday, July 3-Saturday, July 5.

 Registered volunteers will receive:

  • A Volunteer T-Shirt
  • Food and Snacks
  • A Letter of Appreciation
  • ​Community Service Hours

Plan Ahead

This event is open to authorized base patrons and their guests. Base protocols and regulations will be in effect. Please be prepared for a security inspection.
 
  • Shade structures must be weighted. No stakes in the grass or artificial turf.
  • BBQs are limited to tailgating spaces only. Please call the NBPL Marina at 691-524-6498 for availability.
  • All MWR Facilities will be closed. Including the fitness facilities, NBPL Marina and the Admiral Kidd Catering and Conference Center.
  • Strollers and wagons are permitted.
  • Outside food and drink is permitted. (No glass containers will be allowed).

Getting to the Event

Access is limited to pedestrians only. Event parking will not be permitted on base. Parking will be available at NTC Branch Clinic and public parking lots in the area. We recommend public transportation, ride sharing, and carpooling.

Day of the Event

  • Firework viewing areas are considered open sitting and first come first serve.
  • Wristbands will be required for alcohol consumption (wristbands will be given at the MWR ticket booth).
  • Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
  • Games, inflatables, and activities are designed to be age appropriate.
